You may request the closure of your 37ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 37ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
37ji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the 37ji Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
